- Shalom, a respected rabbi! Now there are the autumn holidays, the result of which must be a record in one of the books, as well as updating inventory of forces from the Creator, new potentials. Tell me, please, how do you know that in the end you have received. What are the challenges in front of me are what the Creator expects from me this year, I correct decisions in this context accept? I'm on a literal interpretation of my question, about the everyday life of everyday, as each new moment in front of me, and it has yet to live (do not mean estimate lived a week, month or other period).

- In general, you have a proper understanding of the meaning and significance of the period in which we now find ourselves. It is, as you write, and takes place during the autumn cycle of our holidays, which includes Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot and Shemini Atzeret (Simchat Torah). These holidays are called - in the fall. Or - the "days of the month of Tishrei."

Indeed, depending on our behavior in this period are determined by the basic parameters of the fate of each of us for the next year. What are you, by the way, is also understood correctly.

But then in the content of your letter reveals serious fundamental error. I must admit that even it is not clear how you could appear an assumption if the heavens should share with us recorded there in heaven information. Or that we have some methods, using which we can find out.

However, the fact that "the heavenly records," establishing what will happen to each of us in the next year, we do not know, does not mean that we are at a loss and does not know how to do and what to do yourself. After all, the Almighty revealed to us in the Written and Oral Torah, the basic principles of organization of the world. And he gave us a whole set of laws that lead to our behavior in all spheres of life and determine what to expect from our Creator, and what tasks should we set for ourselves.

That's enough, that each of us can confidently build their own lives. Of course, in general terms. A detail, nuance and subtlety depend on the properties and characteristics of a specific person, and from where, in what place and at what time he lives. In other words, the Creator expects us, that we will live according to the individual entries in the books in heaven (the records he we will not disclose), but really wants to, so to speak, so that we were able to organize their lives on the basis of the principles, He has given us. And always helps us go the right way.

We must know and remember that the cornerstone of our vision - a belief in the Creator (not knowing about his decision, but it is faith in Him). And one of the basic and specific facets of this belief - is our firm belief that in the end, if we try to follow the way that He has shown us, and to live according to the laws which he has given us the Torah, everything will be fine. Confidence that He wants us only good - even in cases where a superficial examination it seems to us that it is not. In other words, the Creator expects us to, first of all, a complete trust in Him. Confidence is, in particular, that all that is written in his book is true and correct and that he have never, not for a second does not leave. Even if, as I said, in some moments of life, we suddenly seem that all of reality in a different way.
