Exodus chapter Vayakhel third day

Rabbi Yossi said. ויאכל בעז וישת וייטב לבו - and Boaz ate and drank, and his heart softened. What does "softened his heart"?

Zohar says that said the blessing after meals. And it's a secret: he who blesses over eating, benefits your Heart. And what is the heart? It is written: לך אמר לבי - to tell you my heart.
